1. What makes Adjusted Health + Performance different from other clinics?
We’re not your typical chiropractic office.

2. Do I need a referral to start care?
No referral needed.
If you’re ready to invest in how your body moves, feels, and performs then you can schedule directly with us.
3. What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is the starting line.
We begin with a full consult, movement assessment, and any imaging you might need. Then, you’ll receive your first treatment all during that same visit. We break everything down for you so you understand the “why” behind the care. You leave with a game plan built specifically for your body and your goals.
4. Do you accept insurance?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, and Medicare.
If your plan falls outside of that, we’re an out-of-network provider, which means we ask for payment at the time of your session and don’t bill insurance directly.
That said, we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you’d like one after your session, just let the front desk know. We’re here to help you navigate it.
5. How long is each appointment?
It depends — because your care should.
We don’t rush results. Initial visits with exam and treatment average 45 minutes to 1 hour, while follow-ups are usually 20 to 30 minutes. Every visit is one-on-one and tailored to where you are in your recovery or performance plan.
6. What types of conditions do you treat?
We treat everything from the everyday to the elite.
Low back and neck pain, joint issues, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, limited mobility, headaches, and beyond. Whether you’ve been sidelined by pain or just feel like something’s off, our team is trained to figure out the root cause and get you moving again better and stronger.
7. I’ve tried other chiropractors or physical therapy before. Will this be any different?
Yes, completely.
We’re not here to do the bare minimum. We’re here to get you results. Every plan is customized, every treatment is strategic, and everything we do has a purpose. This isn’t a “routine adjustment.” It’s the start of your journey to health.
