Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit adjustedhp.com. It covers this website only.

Your medical records and any health information you share as a patient are handled separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices, as required by HIPAA.

What this site does not do

This website has no contact forms, no account sign-up, no newsletter signup, and no patient portal. We do not ask you to type any personal or health information into this site, and there is nowhere on it to do so. We do not sell or rent information about visitors.

What is collected automatically

• ›Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It is cookieless, does not follow you across other websites, and does not store identifiers that single you out.
• ›Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
• ›Performance data. We collect anonymous page-speed measurements so we can find and fix slow pages.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site. It runs with IP anonymisation enabled, and with Google advertising features, ad personalisation, and advertising storage switched off by default.

Advertising

We run advertising on social media, and this site includes the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure whether those ads bring people to the site and show ads to people who have visited before. The pixel records page views on this site and sets cookies. It does not receive any health information you give us as a patient, and there is nowhere on this site to enter such information.

You can limit this. Meta’s Ad Preferences let you control how your activity is used for ads, and browser settings or tracker-blocking extensions will stop the pixel loading. Blocking it has no effect on your ability to use this site or to book an appointment.

When you leave this site

Booking an appointment takes you to adjustedhp.janeapp.com, our scheduling and practice management system, operated by Jane Software Inc. Anything you enter there — your name, contact details, appointment type, and payment information — is collected by Jane under their privacy terms and our agreement with them, not by this website. Clicking “Directions” opens Google Maps, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

Our Vercel analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel do set cookies, as described above. Our booking system may set its own cookies once you are on its domain. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to anything on this site.

Your choices

You can browse this site without providing any information about yourself. Most browsers let you block cookies and send a “Do Not Track” signal. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you — contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. We do treat minors as patients; that care is handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices with a parent or guardian involved.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
